RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In a nutshell, our returns process is as follows:
1. Peel off the returns label on your packing slip
2. Stick it on your package
3. Take it to the post office!

Free Delivery over £29.00
Under £29.00 incurs a £2.49 postage charge
Despatched within 24 – 48 working hours
Food orders and heavier items are despatched by Next Day Delivery with our courier company
Other orders are sent by 1st Class post, Royal Mail. For Northern Ireland please allow a little longer.

Remember around 90% of all our products including flea treatments and wormers don’t actually need a Vets prescription.
